John Warner is in demand as a conductor with orchestras, festivals and opera houses across Europe and Asia, ranging from the Berlin Symphony Orchestra to the Beijing Music Festival. He has also initiated a number of ensembles and projects, such as Orchestra for the Earth, which he founded in 2017. Their work encompasses a wide variety of ground-breaking concerts with climate and environment at their heart. As Music Director of Oxford Opera, he has been central to establishing the first fully professional opera company in the city.
